Launching a New Service in a High-Stakes Environment

Airlines wanted a new service from Jeppesen, the market leader in aeronautical navigation: centrally amended, aircraft-specific airway manuals delivered directly to each aircraft — a high-complexity operational challenge. By bringing production, operations, engineering, analytics, and business teams together, we mapped the entire system, identified failure points, redesigned processes end-to-end, and added new optimization models.

Airside Services ran for over a decade and never missed a single aircraft. It showed how clarity of system and purpose can successfully transform a complex production system and create a reliable, trusted service for customers.

Creating an Analytics Strategy That Unified a Global Enterprise

Across several global service businesses, everyone wanted “more analytics,” but each group had different priorities, data, and language. By asking each business a simple question — “What are the handful of questions that truly move the needle for your customers?” — patterns emerged and shared needs became visible.
